Manager, Omnichannel Technology


The Manager, Omnichannel Technology will manage the technical aspects and knowledge

base creation and maintenance for all Omnichannel functionalities.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Receive,triage, route, manage and track all enhancement requests and issues regardingOmnichannel functionalities flowing from the Omnichannel team, Retail HelpDesk, Customer Experience team and Brands. Follow up and escalate delays asrequired

  • Drive innovationin process by testing process management tools, generating reports andsuggesting changes in workflow

  • Collaborate with appropriateteams and key stakeholders to ensure that processes and roles forOmnichannel functionality enhancements and bug fixes are clearly defined

  • Perform knowledgetransfer and connection to engineering expertise for Global and NA Omnichannel projects

  • Maintain a technicaland process knowledge base for all Omnichannel functionalities

  • Assist with basicfunctional training for Omnichannel functionalities as needed


Required Skills

General requirements

  • 5 years relevantexperience

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideallyin either a Computer Science discipline, or Project Management

Technical competencies

  • Understandingof the software development lifecycles applicable to modern business

  • Strongunderstanding of digital technology and demonstrated experience or interest inleading technology projects

  • Solidunderstanding of basic UX principles

  • Familiaritywith e-commerce and omnichannel trends and best practices

  • Experienceusing project management tools a plus (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Office Tools,etc.)

  • Experience withContent Management Systems (CMS) a plus

Non-technical competencies

  • Ability tolead both internal and external stakeholders and project contributors frominception to delivery

  • Excellent verbaland written communication skills

  • Ability to buildand maintain strong relationships and work collaboratively with team members toachieve initiatives

  • Possess a strongcuriosity to test, experiment and try new things

  • Ability to adaptto change and work in an agile manner to respond quickly to changing businesspriorities and team structures

  • Convey a can-do,positive attitude towards tackling challenges
