KEYROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales and Shipment Planning, Executionand Management
Builddetailed account category plan by retailer with guidance of Account Leads
Buildstock and sales plan by retailer
Alignwith retailer on stock plan and category sales plan
Buildand update weekly / monthly shipping plan and vfb
Prepareretailer side by side calendars
Executegross shipments in alignment with quarterly plans
Pointperson for communication to field sales force
Liaisewith Account Services on all retailer ordering issues
Negotiate weekly receipts and orderflow with buyer
Proactivelyanalyze sales performance and over-sell drivers. Manage inventory to ensure optimalstock position by retailer.
Update stock and sales plansmonthly. Analyze sales, receipts,returns monthly against refreshed Stock & Sales plans
Executionof Launch Orders
Communicate Launch qty/ship datedetails to retailers and field
Provide retailers with launch set upinformation
Assist in the allocation of new launchesby retailer by door for ordering
Analyze sales data to recommendreorders.
Develop Retailer Seasonal Order Management Packet
- Workswith Product Marketing to develop list of SRP changes, discontinued items, newlaunch items and master updated order forms seasonally and communicate to Account Management and retailer 90days before season starts.
Active participant in monthly retailercalls on new launch, new doors, changes in distribution and business recaps.
Ad hoc reporting and analysis asnecessary
Strong project management and organizationalskills; ability to juggle many competing priorities at once and deliver ontime
Strong business savvy and analytical acumen
Able tocoordinate across roles and functions effectively
Strong math and analytical skills
Ability to review and analyze stock and sales plans
Ability to analyze and review large amount of data in Excel
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-starter with ability to work independently
Knowledge of inventory models and metrics
Understanding of forecasting and replenishment planning tools andsystems a plus
