Manage creative projects from inception to completion across an array of creative disciplines and marketing channels including but not limited to product launches, collaborations, seasonal programs, retailer exclusives, social campaigns etc. through effective project management, collaborative mindset and efficient communication to all departments involved regarding objectives, procedures, quality, timelines and budgets.


  • Manage the full life cycle of creative projects from conception to completion across all creative channels (Print, Digital, Social, VM).

  • Collaborate with business counterparts to ensure clear understanding and communication of the business objectives and requirements of the project to the creative project teams. Thoroughly review and gather all pertinent information for project requests and develop schedules for creative execution where needed.

  • Maintain project timing through clear identification of deliverables, risk identification, issue tracking, and escalation to the Executive Director, Creative Services.

  • Deliver assets to specification across an array of creative media including print/3D, online, interactive, apps experiential, etc.

  • Collaborate with vendors to provide cost estimates and samples of Print/3D collateral while ensuring delivery within budget and timing requirements, managing approvals with stakeholders where necessary.

  • Attend weekly Creative status meetings to maintain efficient coordination of projects. Meet bi-weekly or monthly with business counterparts to update and advise any changes to current and up-coming projects.

  • Implement and support change management of new Creative Services processes and tools with business and creative team counterparts.

  • Continuously maintain/update Creative Services status report.

  • Ensure physical samples as well as digital assets are properly archived.

  • Manage comp creation and product organization aligning deliverables to photoshoot dates.



  • 3-4 years’ experience

  • Strong computer skills with a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ownership of projects and follow through on details.

  • Keen ability to troubleshoot, multi-task and re-prioritize multiple projects as needed and work under pressure

  • Ability to build strong professional relationships and provide exceptional “customer service” to a large team
