Principle Objectives:

  • eLearning Modules: Develop global eLearning programs and tools which motivate and inspire Consultants and Generic Staff while meeting the needs of the business, and delivering sales results.

  • Web-Based Learning: Assist in development, execution and measurement of web-based learning platform and content.

  • CliniquePlay: Assist in ongoing execution and measurement of CliniquePlay game-based learning platform and content.

Position Summary:

Associate, Global Retail Education Development contributes to the development of and is responsible for logistics and analytics associated with digital learning.


Primary Responsibilities:

eLearning Modules

  • Design and develop eLearning and digital education content to engage users and reduce in-classroom time.

  • Create global field communications to increase field engagement with eLearning and digital education programs.

  • Track user activity and participation and provide reports to Manager, eLearning, Global Education Development on a monthly basis.

  • Liaise with markets and GIS to identify issues and potential solutions for eLearning roadblocks such as connectivity in all markets, with the goal of accelerated and consistent 100% global participation, with special emphasis on China and North America.

  • Assist in editing, uploading and activating courses in addition to testing of LMS updates in Test Environment.

Web-Based Learning

  • Research digital learning technologies and develop innovative ideas/concepts for platforms, content and tools.

  • Run, compile and distribute monthly and ad hoc web-based learning reports.

  • Assist in managing problem solving issues regarding web-based learning platform/technology as needed.


  • Manage workflow of CliniquePlay game translations (spreadsheet maintenance, follow-up, scheduling).

  • Run, compile and distribute monthly and ad hoc CliniquePlay reports.

  • Assist in development of new content and games for the CliniquePlay program including asset collection and maintenance, and testing of new material.

  • Collaborate with other departments and field teams to assist with launch, execution and future planning of CliniquePlay Program.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Work in store seasonally to understand needs of Clinique Consultants.

  • Attend core curriculum seasonally.



  • Fluency in both Mac and PC operating systems, with comprehensive skills in Excel and PowerPoint across both systems.

  • Experience with learning technologies such as eLearning development software, web-based learning platforms and/or learning management systems.

  • Experience with iOS and Android App functionality.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strategic and resourceful thinker who can prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently.

  • Experience in developing content with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus.
