General Summary:

Coordinate all front-desk operations and front-line interactions for Bb.U Model Project. Work with booking coordinators to ensure Bb.U classes are filled with suitable clients. Uphold and continually improve customer service standards in order to maximize client satisfaction and retention. Promote product sales, manage inventory, and maintain an organized operation on the 6th floor during and after events. Assist in booking models for Bb.U classes, trainings, and events.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate front desk operations for Bb.U Model Project, including client check in/out, seating, distributing and collecting rebooking forms, product sales, giveaways, inquiries, and phone calls.

  2. Point person for all Model Project booking operations.

  3. Act as a point person for model questions/feedback/concerns/problems at workshops; handle dissatisfied clients.

  4. Perform a 6th floor check before each class ensuring cleanliness of 6th floor, product walls fully stocked, shampoo room clean, backbar organized and testing area clean.

  5. Prepare coordinator kit at the end of every workshop, including SurveyMonkey results and a recap of workshop to department.

  6. Partner with supervisor to schedule and confirm clients into classes by confirming/canceling clients, processing rebooking forms, and monitoring Filemaker.

  7. Work all Model Call Events.

  8. Book training models for designated Bb.U classes and Bb./Bb.U trainings and special events; coordinate castings as needed.

  9. Assist with Bb.U activities as needed in Bb.U Classes.

  10. Work one on one with Bb. educators to ensure appropriate models are sat in class and replaced with suitable ones in a timely manner.

  11. Provide models for special company-wide events.

  12. Respond to Model Inbox messages daily and check voicemails as needed.

  13. Give tours to Bb.U attendees as a representative of Bb.U and Bb.U Model Project.

  14. Work periodically as the Bb.U concierge.

  15. Assist Bb.U Ops coordinators in execution of classes as needed.

  16. Assist in running the ProShop and 6th floor client product shop including processing sales, managing inventory counts, merchandising, and general organization of the retail space.

  17. Ensure 6th floor inventory count is accurate and that back bar and back stock consistently satisfies needs of Bb.U classes.

  18. Understand and operate all functions of Millennium, including purchase transactions, returns, reports, counting inventory.

  19. Work on special projects as assigned.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements

Undergraduate degree. Experience with retail sales, front-line customer service, event/program coordinating. Capable of working well with a team and individually. Friendly, outgoing, works well with people/clients. Front desk and/or hostess experience helpful. Strong relationship, communications and customer service skills required.
