Principal Objective

Planning & executing Core Education Seminars within specified timelines and budget. Planning & conducting profitable high touch events. In-store coaching to increase overall retail sales by educating the Stylists/ Experts, Boutique Managers Account Coordinators & Account Executives on product knowledge, service and sales techniques.


Core Education Seminars:

-To conduct Jo Malone Education Seminars to ensure that our stylists provide the highest professional service standards in the industry, resulting in achievement of retail goals.

-To follow up all appropriate paperwork following on from Education Seminars including on-going completion of workbooks and Evaluation Forms.

-Plan & execute Intersell Trainings.


-Maintain the coaching culture within the sales field - support the Boutique, Store managers with coaching sessions to further improve team motivation and team spirit.

-Liaise regularly with AC’s & AE’s to identify in-store development opportunities, particularly in key doors

-Plan & conduct store visits to provide individual training as appropriate


-Plan & Conduct Marketing supported & retailer events that are high touch, profitable & exceed our customers’ expectations.

-Monitor effectiveness of all events and I.P.T / AUS on an ongoing basis and discuss opportunities with Director of Education & Sales Team

New Store Openings:

-Participate in the new store opening process to assist in store setup and staff training

Sales Results:

-Monitor retail sales results in key doors and highlight developmental areas, i.e. IPT/AUS


-Ensure regular communication with Director of Education & Sales Team

Budget control:

-Seek to provide cost effective solutions within training budget – ensure all hotel, travelling costs and spends are within agreed budgets.


-Provide ongoing support and coaching to increase customer capture rate and highlight areas of development. Provide regular feedback to Director of Education & Sales Team.


-Travel up to 70% within specified region

High Touch Competencies:

-Ensure all field sale employees are aware of the EL High Touch Leadership Competencies


  • BA is preferred

  • Must be able to speak & write Spanish fluently

  • Position requires 5 years of related experience in education/training

  • Excellent writing & verbal communication skills required

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Strong computer skills for both PC & Ipad
