PRINCIPAL OBJECTIVE: Works closely with Product & Consumer Marketing and Account Lead to tailor marketing campaigns to specific retailer needs, ensuring campaigns are 360 and that all non-saleable assets are organized so that the right products arrive at the right place at the right time; covers basic and launch


Creative responsibilities

  • Able to conceptualize and execute a full 360 marketing program tailored to retailer / consumer group needs and provide clear instruction to creative team to execute

Project management

  • Works with Account Lead to supplement brand calendar with retail specific events

  • Develops clear list with timing for all assets required for marketing campaigns

  • Tracks and ensures that non-saleable collateral is being produced against timeline for campaigns and works with operations to ensure right product arrives at the right place at the right time

  • Either enters themselves or works closely with administrative support to enter in collateral allocations and ensure that the collateral ships at the right time to support launch, promo and other events; uses Account Lead guidance to ensure that collateral is allocated based on priority level of door


  • Organized by account/channel based on account priority; will likely handle several accounts

  • Maintains brand integrity of marketing through working closely with Marketing/Global team

  • Leverages work done by marketing colleagues for efficiency

  • Held to quarterly/seasonal retail sales targets for account



  • Strong creative vision, knowledge of 360 marketing campaigns (including new media) and solid project management skills

  • Undergraduate College degree required

  • Minimum 10 years cosmetics/beauty experience

  • Significant marketing campaign development experience
