mid-senior producer role for the marketing team will support the Director,

Global Consumer Marketing through planning, project management and ongoing

management of consumer facing digitally lead programs that drive growth in

consumer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role will support the

business by driving innovation through the merging of online and in-store

channels. The primary responsibility will be focused on mobile and app project

and content management.


As Producer of

Global Consumer Relations, you will be tasked with driving the execution of key

consumer relations projects and global rollouts.

  • Day-to-day management of consumer engagement through digitalchannels driving business objectives and KPI’s.

  • Inpartnership with the Director, champion the needs of the customer andbusiness stakeholders throughout execution of projects, ensuring that whatis delivered meets the original goals and business objectives.

Project Management:

  • A solid command of project management principles is required.Develop and manage the project timeline capturing critical milestones,requirements, key action items, KPI’s, expected outcome, stakeholders and keydates.

  • Ability to manage requirements documentation and creativerequests understanding user experience and impact on user interface and userflows.

  • Must be comfortable working with a cross functional teamcomprising of members across Online, Store Operations, Creative, Product,Visual Merchandising, Sales and Training, Technology, Legal, Finance and RiskManagement.

  • Assist in collaborating with regions, corporate businesspartners, technology partners, vendors and other stakeholders to develop &maintain consumer relations road maps and status documents. Alert Director to project roadblocks and bestpractice recommendations.

  • Track budget, vendor invoices, and schedules and aligncross-functional resources and vendors to ensure projects are completed withinplanned parameters as agreed to in the statement of work.

  • Responsible for setting-up meetings and creating meetingsummaries with action items, tracking and ensuring all project deliverables areexecuted on time and on budget.

  • Assistin managing multiple, concurrent projects in various phases of ideation,execution, or delivery across all regions.

Content Management

  • Work directly with the creative team to develop on-brand content.

  • Manage content through CMS and messaging platforms.

  • Increase consumer engagement and related performance metrics.


Status Updates:

  • Perform competitive analysis, industry research and theassessment of industry best practices - particularly as it relates the prestigeand beauty industries and the latest consumer engagement and retail industry technology.

  • A strong ability to communicate project status and large amountsof data and disparate pieces of information in a clear and concise manner.

Data Analysis:

  • Understand and report on key performance metrics.

  • Extrapolatetrends and help craft recommendations informed by consumer insights, keyperformance indicators, and industry knowledge.



  • 5 years of related experience.

  • Demonstrated experience in digital, apps, mobile, ecommerce, POS systems, and retail. Mobile applications strongly preferred.

  • Solid project management skills familiar with project management tools and resources and strong analytics skills.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, creative environment with un-prompted follow-through.

  • Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and be excellent team player with the ability to build, foster and nurture supportive and collaborative relationships with a range of people spanning from senior leadership, to creative and technical teams both internally and externally.

  • And above all have a CAN DO attitude with a collaborative style focusing on quality consumer experiences in every detail.
