Assistant Trade Marketing Manager

  1. Co-work with product management team and sales department for promotion program.

  2. Define promotion strategy to meet overall budget and specific regional business objectives.

  3. Monitor the execution of annual promotion plans and resources allocation.

  4. Evaluate and analyze promotion result, work out future action plans.

  5. Organize and plan new door opening program.

  6. Negotiate with retailer, landlord and agency and ensure the maximum of in-store and outdoor brand visibility.

  7. Submit advertising plan to regional and global team.

  8. Tailor-made key account in-store activity calendar to ensure the goals of ranking.

  9. Leverage brand resource to Sephora (both offline & online).

  10. Timely implementing the new product and merchandising updating in Sephora by cooperating with key account team.

  11. Well monitor the result of all marketing plan (product, promotion, and merchandising) and feedback to brand team.

  12. Submit all payment requests in time. Track the balance of spending and budget monthly.


  1. Understand market situation :
  • Regularly integrate sale data including competitors information

  • Deliver insightful POS / category / products analysis to understand shoppers behavior of each channel.

  1. Marketing Implementing-coordinate between brand, key retailers and key account.
  • Annually make the promotion calendar align with brand’s marketing as well as the budget

  • Timely implementing all marketing program like new launch, promotion plan including GWP / Value set

  • Timely updating the merchandising initiatives by well coordinating between brand, key account and CDC, like Gondola light box updating, material delivering, renovation and plannogram changing

  • Right suggestion of the assortment mix in Sephora to maximize the sales and effectiveness meanwhile maintain the brand presence.

  1. Well-organized and planned communication platform with internal brand team, key account team and external retailers and Sephora to ensure the consistence of brand presence in each channel.


Work Experience: 3 years trade marketing experience

Required Background Characteristics:

Cosmetic background is preferred
