Sales Management

  • Drive sales strategies to achieve retail sales and net sale target. Achieve ranking and market share target set by the brand.

  • Ensure SOP (standard operations procedure) and other sales operations guidelines are strictly followed; maintain effective inventory management and healthy stock mix at counters.

  • Work closely with retailers and explore opportunities to drive sales and improve customer service levels.

  • Be responsible for monthly sales analysis and action plan following up, commission scheme execution and success story sharing.

  • Recruit all new BAs, SPA therapists and counter managers/ boutique managers. Provide on-going development support via performance review and feedback.

Class room training

  • Attend regional education TTT, as master trainer of brand training programs.

  • Conduct orientation training, SPA training for all new hired BAs and SPA therapists. Provide retail management coaching to counter managers/ boutique managers.

  • Conduct regular seasonal training, provide ad-hoc training support on a need-to basis.

  • Provide training to department store / shopping mall personnel in order for them to be familiarized with DARPHIN brand.

  • Provide training support to special channel including T-mall and Sephora, etc.

In-store coaching

  • Lead by example on highest standard of grooming, service and selling.

  • Coach each BA and therapist on grooming and specific service/ selling behavior via diligently counter visit and in-store role play exercises.

  • Enforcement of after-sale service to meet requirements set up by brand.

  • Review performance KPI on a monthly basis – sales, operations, service and individual performance. Enhance performance and address concerns via coaching.

  • Plan and organize monthly field meeting to reinforce and drive field strategies, motivate and develop field force via effective meeting preparation and follow up.

Brand events

  • Conduct VIP events and new door opening ceremonies.

  • Ensure the execution of all events meet brand standard.

  • Ensure all event logistics are properly arranged as directed by brand.


  • Sales & education tracking system set up and follow up.

  • Translation and localize global sales & education materials.

  • Monthly working schedule which includes key focus areas, store visits and travel itinerary. Provide store visit report on a timely manner.

  • Training room set up, logistics management and grooming support management.


  • College degree or above. Available to travel in China. (15%-25%)

  • Well-groomed. Respect & love retail. Fast learner and open-minded.

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in cosmetic industry, facial experience is highly preferred.

  • Excellent communication skill, coaching, facilitation skill and will to share.

  • Strong sense of ownership, able by take initiatives and responsibilities.

  • Proficiency level of oral & written English; Computer literate: Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
