An amazing opportunity is now available for a passionate individual to join the M.A.C Training Team.
This Sydney based role will assume responsibility for supporting the Training Function. They will build collaborative relationships with the Head Office Support Team and Instore Retail Teams.
Reporting to the National Training Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:
Ensuring Customer and Market Growth:
o Organize & Coordinate regional and in house AT&D trainings and annual conferences.
o Communicates with and maintains solid working relationships with senior management and within internal departments.
Managing Operational Effectiveness:
o Ordering product samples/periodicals/ office supplies as required.
o Provide administrative tasks to the Training function – this includes completing monthly updates of the Skills certification database , maintaining the Calendar for both the departments and booking of training rooms for each state.
o Quarterly training room forecasts & brush ordering
o Update Training sample ordering, and Global share downloads.
o Coordination of Basic Training attendees and facilitators materials, product.
o Prepare and organize itineraries for incoming Training and Sales visitors
o Coordinate postage for all training related items to store and for the training team
o Forecasting and executing Gratis gifts
Improve Business Processes:
o Provide training data as requested including skills certification each month for the RT’s and TM’s
o Establish & maintain spreadsheet reports for training productivity measures nationally comparing forecasts against previous year.
o Maintain all training related spreadsheets with updated information during fiscal.
o Maintenance of Training spaces inclusive of Training Cupboards, warehouse space & compile areas.
