an experienced Sales and EducationCoordinator to join our team, working in close partnership with the Estee

Lauder and Aerin Beauty.

As the Sales and EducationCoordinator , you will be working closely with the entire team and

supporting the sales and education team especially with day to day admin,

identifying new opportunities within the market place, and be driven by numbers

and keen to work with data and reporting. It is a great opportunity for you to

Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager and the National

Education Manager, you will work collaboratively with our Field Sales and

Education team, key internal contacts as well as our Retail Partners.

Key accountabilities include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate the monthly update of the “NetSales Plan” between the product managers, NSM and Demand Planner.

  • Work with Demand Planner to review netestimates to ensure product forecasts are aligned with sales projections.

  • Monitor the “Daily Net Sales Flash Report” andback-up reports to assess actual shipments versus the month’s budget/LE.Investigate and take actions as necessary for any changes to plannedorders (value/dates) made by retailers, marketing teams or late shippingfrom the plant.

  • Monitor the “Daily Lost Sales Report” (systemgenerated). Proactively identify issues for discussion and resolution withEstee Lauder and Tom Ford Product Forecasters or retailers.

  • Proactively communicate discontinued lineswith all retail channels and field sales and education team. Identify anydiscontinued lines ordered by retailers and notify them promptly.

  • On a weekly basis, update “Weekly Sales Plans”with beauty department activity (eg. Discounting) and results, and sharewith entire field team.

  • Order Education materials e.g. Workbooks fromGlobal and or download materials to print locally.

  • Manage IMW Bulletins related to uniformofferings.

  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations for seasonalseminars, induction seminars, meetings, and conferences.

  • Update BA Master Database for uniforms, ELXand education history.

  • Coordinate Estee Lauder uniforms, includingthose for Beauty Therapists orders and organise manufacturing and deliveryand track usage. Maintain records detailing uniform allocation by State.

  • Coordinate Best of the Best NY trip forwinners with NY Education Team.

  • Liaise with Realise Group (Mystery Shopping)to ensure Field receive reports on a monthly basis.


To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate these

qualities and attributes:

  • Your ability to prioritise, organise andfollow up key concerns will ensure you execute your tasks thoroughly sothat all issues are addressed and managed with success

  • A strong negotiator and problem solver, havingan excellent eye for detail - with the ability to influence a broad rangeof people at all levels

  • Advanced numeracy, excel and power-point skills

  • SAP experience will be advantageous

  • You must be able to develop credible businessrelationships and demonstrate an effective influencing ability

  • A keen customer focus and goal orientationwill complement your proactive, common sense approach and ‘can do’attitude.

  • 2 year’s effective administration experiencewithin an operational team, gained ideally in a similar role.

  • Be an Australian Citizenship or PermanentResidency (including New Zealand Citizens). This role is available forlocal candidates already authorized to work within the country only. We donot provide relocation support for this role.

  • A sense of humour is a must.
