POSITION SUMMARY

Support the Compounding function through various processes. The daily activities within the department will include Equipment set-up, material handling, cleaning, and operation in accordance with GMP and Safety Procedures and Regulations.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Responsible for ensuring all equipment has been cleaned and sanitized as per M-A-C SOPs in accordance with GMP (un and re-assemble equipment, follow lock out procedures).

  • Responsible for the batch manufacturing of all M-A-C products including lipstick, liquid and powder products (handling of raw materials, pre-weigh of raw materials, batch manufacturing as per attached work order and SOPs, accurate and legible batch documentation).

  • Participate in full physical inventories as required.

  • Perform inventory control process/procedures as part of a larger group to ensure overall all company wide inventory accuracy at 97%.

  • Proactively identify and resolve safety concerns

  • Observe and conform to all corporate EH&S guidelines and procedures

  • Adhere to established Lockout/Tag out Programs

  • Actively participate and evaluate PSR’s

  • Participate in the establishment of annual EH&S objectives

  1. Housekeeping (100% - At all times)
  • Maintain clean work environment on the production floor and within the maintenance shop.

  • Conform to all ergonomic assessment requirements

  • Actively participate and support the Canadian Operations 5S Program

Qualifications

POSITION REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Secondary

school or equivalent

  • Experience: Previous

work experience in a cosmetic or pharmaceutical environment

  • Competencies: Mechanical aptitude, good communication skills, flexibility with shift

rotation
