Sales & Education Coordinator - Origins, Ojon & Darphin - Toronto, ON (1 Year Contract)
Service dedicated in Specialty- Multi to drive retail sales in strategic business planning and execution provides superior education through product knowledge and training, and lead event planning and execution.
Drive retail sales to achieve sales plans and net plans, focusing on store rank and gaining market share.
Responsible for communicating and managing sales expectations and strategies while adapting and meeting the needs of retailer environments.
Review store performance and create sales strategy seasonally with store management during Business Brand Review meetings.
Strengthen brand and retailer relationships by partnering with retail District Managers to identify key business drivers and best practices critical for growth for each specific market.
Track and report sales goals and achievements on a monthly basis.
Partner with brand and retailer to determine and address the needs of individual stores.
Communicate with store management prior to and during each monthly visit.
Communicate business needs from a strategic perspective that aligns sales, education and services in-store.
Complete store training visits monthly.
Demonstrate strong skincare skills with the ability to flex to the needs of the multi-branded environment.
Plan, conduct, and participate in trainings as needed, in-store and remote locations.
Develop artistry, selling and service skills of store teams through hands on demonstration and coaching.
Engage teams with enthusiastic, creative, and effective trainings.
Elevate and flex training to resonate with individual talents while using all skill sets.
Assist and service clients with skincare application, product knowledge and purchases with Origins, Darphin, Ojon and throughout the store.
Manage stock, assemble and distribute gratis as needed.
Execute impactful events that drive sales, generate brand awareness, build brand equity, help recruit new clients and keep exiting clients engaged with the brand.
Support stores in preparation and booking for upcoming events.
Provide assistance in the preparation and transportation of skincare products and supplies for events including store set-up and tear down as needed.
Manage expenses and submit reports on a monthly basis.
Travel to and attend sales meetings as required. Valid Passport and Drivers license mandatory.
2 years relevant work experience, including 1 years’ experience in skincare
Able to work from Tuesday to Saturday
College/University degree an asset
Aesthetic license preferred
Previous training experience with strong public speaking and teaching skills
Expert skincare and consultation skills
A proven track record of planning and executing events, achieving retail sales plans, and demonstrating outstanding customer service skills
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Flexible, open attitude
Social capability to develop strong relationships
