Account Coordinator (Quebec) - Aramis Designer Fragrances (1 Year Contract - Full-Time)

The Account Coordinator is responsible to deliver the sales, shipping, returns, and market share goals for the region and for the headquarter account while staying within the budgeted guidelines for selling costs.
Responsibility to Company:
Manage the execution of annual business plans by brand for the headquarter account to include sales, shipping and market share objectives. Plans to include demonstration, Selling Assistant, and promotional spending.
Break out collateral and set allocations on a timely basis.
Communicate seasonal marketing calendar, sales and shipping goals and updates, and pertinent timely business information
Manage account inventory by analyzing and setting model stocks/stock and sales plans, maintaining and monitoring EDI systems, negotiating OTB, and writing any build orders required.
Negotiate premier space and location (and outposting, where possible) for the company's brands.
Gain account management's understanding of and action toward company's needs by ensuring appropriate stock levels, timely order flow and general business support.
Build store management support through consistent communication and follow-up.
Develop a Special Events calendar and implement, along with merchandising objectives, with Selling Specialists.
Sell company programs to store management and receive support for execution of our company Sales and Marketing and Events calendars.
Provide timely information to the Brand Manager about competitive activity and account/brand priorities.
Provide regional office with shipping projection information and monthly audited sales.
Provide feedback to Brand Manager on the effectiveness of brand strategies and initiatives with suggestions for improvement where possible.
Execute new brand launch activity.
Responsibility to People:
Recruit, train, motivate, and develop our people; our company's greatest asset.
Communicate job expectations to Selling Specialist upon hire and continue developmental conversations in an on-going basis.
Educate Selling Specialists as to the visual merchandising directives.
Provide direction to Selling Specialists regarding company goals and objectives.
Formally review job performance for all employees annually.
Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to Selling Specialists.
Responsibility to Accounts:
Grow our brand's business within the account by motivating store consultants and branch management to the company's sales and marketing programs.
Provide customer business priorities to the appropriate company personnel to maximize in-store presence and business objectives.
Interface with Education to provide training for SS, and consultants on product knowledge and selling skills.
Communicate retailer's needs, objectives and future plans to Brand Manager on an ongoing basis.
Three years field/account management experience required
Bilingual in English and French required
College/University degree required.
Proficiency in Word, Excel a must, along with the ability to work with mainframe systems (Passport, Data Warehouse) in order to communicate sales figures.
Ability to communicate business directives and strategy to store management, along with developmental conversations with store personnel.
Strong administrative and organizational skills: detail oriented a must.
Flexible: able to work in a fast-paced multi-tasked hectic environment.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills required for building strong store/consultant support.
A valid driver’s license along with a good driving record.
