1.) Business Development

  • Find and implement business solutions for each store in region with local relevance and affect the sales during every visit.

  • Maximize productivity through education, communication, and event execution. Focus on top door strategy to exceed sales plan.

  • Seek and continuously develop knowledge and information about competitor activity, pricing and tactics, and communicate this to SEE and National Education Executive.

  • Provide timely communication of general business information and specific account issues with proposed recommendations to the National Education Executive.

  • Meet with Director in Charge/Beauty Boutique Manager and review sales performance, business strategies, in stock levels, visual merchandising assortment, mix of business, and top sku list and communicate to SEE.

  • Follow in store merchandising guidelines for all areas of merchandising.

  • Maximize marketing merchandising points throughout the store.

  • Communicate in store opportunities and negotiate additional exposure for Clinique. Uncover new merchandising opportunities for the Clinique brand.

2.) Education:

  • Execute blended trainings, brand focus days and cluster trainings within the guidelines given each season.

  • Leads strategies to orientate and inspire Cast, Beauty Experts and store leadership.

  • Continuously build relationships with Cast Members and Beauty Experts to support and sell the Clinique brand in every Sephora and Shoppers Drug Mart store.

  • Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of training and education programs based on sales achievement.

  • Works closely with the National Education Executive to identify and determine opportunities for additional education in territory.

3.) Builds Relationships

  • Build key relationships with in store Management, Cast Members and Beauty Experts.

  • Establishes strong relationships with Education Experts and district trainers for all stores in their relevant market.

4.) Events/Marketing Execution

  • Managing and executing key events within each market

  • Plan at least one large event in market each season

  • Develop event strategy for Top 5 doors to strengthen marketing initiatives to meet sales plan.

  • Provide training to Associate Consultant team members prior to in store events.

5.) Administration

  • Complete expense reports monthly on a timely basis

  • Turn in schedule, training tracking sheets and recaps monthly

  • Ensure administrative responsibilities are handled accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Develop 6 month travel calendar for all remote market travel.

  • Monthly budget analysis in collaboration with National Education Executive.


  • 2 years relevant work experience in cosmetic industry

  • Makeup/ skincare experience

  • A proven track record of planning and executing events, achieving retail sales plans, and demonstrating outstanding customer service skills

  • Strong leadership, communication (both verbal and written)

  • Superior organizational skills

  • Computer skills

  • Valid driver’s license

Ability to work scheduled work days from Tuesday-Saturday with Sunday and Monday as the allotted days off. This may be subject to change for certain weeks based on business needs.
