  1. Order management process adoption and streamline; keep educating brand using correct process to do business

  2. Order observation and analysis, fine-tune OM process to improve customer service level and order fulfill rate

  3. Monthly sell-in progress tracking and control, well manage sales order rhythm, avoid peak time and urgent order to DC

  4. Well organize and planning annual return with brand/DC/transportation, coordinate the resource to complete this activity intime

  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and support brand team to achieve target

  6. Translate business requirements into practical supply chain solution which in line with business strategy & improve efficiency, productivity and satisfaction


  1. More than five years' in-depth experience in sales supporting & customs service function. Have FMCG or cosmetics industry background is strongly preferred

  2. Strong business acumen and supply chain knowledge, especially in order management or logistic planning

  3. Have SAP knowledge is strongly preferred

  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  5. High willingness and ability to learn new things

  6. Well organized, detail oriented, performance driven & good in prioritization

  7. Passionate, self-motivated, proactive and strong team player
