Campaign Owner

  • Develop integrated Marketing programs for new product launches, re-promotes and other branding related programs based on deep understanding of consumer and the market. Drive timely implementation of marketing programs and measurement for continuous improvement.

  • Assist in developing marketing strategies and regularly maintain marketing calendar in accordance with brand strategies.

  • Lead creative agencies to develop communication materials in all formats, to clearly deliver brand characters, customer benefits with local relevancy.

  • Closely work with PR/Social team to develop integrated digital plan while leveraging national social platform, to formulate customized local social content upon store program needs to effectively maximize Omni channel synergy, and make sure all materials are correctly and on time delivered.

  • Closely work with other functions including CRM, Sales, Training, Online, PR, CDC, etc. to ensure communication messages are consistent among different functions, and develop counter memo for seamless campaign execution at store front, also to collect data & results, analyze & report marketing program effectiveness with timely manner.

  • Regularly track, collect and document competitor and non-cosmetics luxury brand activities & materials such as distribution, pricing, new product launches, media placement, communication messages, etc,

  • Closely communicate with region to ensure proper execution of global program guidance with local relevancy.

Resource Initiator

  • Follow up closely on requests and information provided on the International Marketing Website. Keep program library up to date, formulate forecast of salable & non-salable, initiate product registration

  • Follow up product registration status with RA team and other support functions to ensure timely registration of new products, registration renewal of existing products, building sufficient bridge stock and timely adjust marketing programs according to changes of launch calendar.

  • Facilitate internal and external SFDA compliance checks on all related communication materials with RA team and media agency/ vendors.

  • Closely work with FIM/forecasting team/sales operation team for regular demand planning upon marketing programs to meet market needs, ensure stable supply on all salable & nonsalable materials, manage excess inventory, allocate sales resources of limited life products when applies.

  • Manage expense upon budget of marketing resources including sample, collateral, media, etc.


  • University graduate with a minimum of 5 years of product marketing/digital marketing related experience at a multinational company.

  • Good spoken and written English & Mandarin is a must, solid in copy writing is preferred

  • Proficient in computer skills, i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

  • Pro-active attitude; Good analytical skill and logic thinking; Ability to work under pressure

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; A team player with strong willingness to learn

  • Presentable and possess a strong sense of style

  • A passion towards the Jo Malone London Brand and overall cosmetics industry
