1) Achieve retail sales and Net sales plan by door.
2) Achieve ranking objective, like door growth and Consumer recruitment & retention by door.
3) Monitor sales SOP perfect execution
4) Educate/empower field sales force via in-store coaching: selling skills, product knowledge and customer service.
5) Manage counter manager and all MUAs.
Outreach/Special and Press Events(5%)
Preferably with cosmetics and / or makeup knowledge and experience.
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese language.
At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience preferred. Great public speaker and presenter. Also an excellent coach and communicator.
Well groomed and confident female or male. Always present herself/himself as a Bobbi Brown Ambassador, and a great role model for the team. Enjoys the sales floor - an excellent sales person.
Strong analytical skills, ability to identify critical concerns and prioritize problems-solving issues.
Excellent team player with great interpersonal skills; ability to inspire and mentor a team, leading by example.
Counter-based office. Must wear full Bobbi Brown uniform at all times during working hours.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast paced, demanding environment.
Good knowledge of retail selling with some background in merchandising and retailing.
Computer literacy is essential, ideally for Word and Excel.
