1) Achieve retail sales and Net sales plan by door.

2) Achieve ranking objective, like door growth and Consumer recruitment & retention by door.

3) Monitor sales SOP perfect execution

4) Educate/empower field sales force via in-store coaching: selling skills, product knowledge and customer service.

5) Manage counter manager and all MUAs.

Time Allocation

  • In-store Coaching 70%

  • Sales Management 15%

  • People Management 10%

  • Outreach/Special and Press Events 5%


  1. Preferably with cosmetics and / or makeup knowledge and experience.

  2. Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese language.

  3. At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience preferred. Great public speaker and presenter. Also an excellent coach and communicator.

  4. Well groomed and confident female or male. Always present herself/himself as a Bobbi Brown Ambassador, and a great role model for the team. Enjoys the sales floor - an excellent sales person.

  5. Strong analytical skills, ability to identify critical concerns and prioritize problems-solving issues.

  6. Excellent team player with great interpersonal skills; ability to inspire and mentor a team, leading by example.

  7. Counter-based office. Must wear full Bobbi Brown uniform at all times during working hours.

  8. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast paced, demanding environment.

  9. Good knowledge of retail selling with some background in merchandising and retailing.

  10. Computer literacy is essential, ideally for Word and Excel.
