Implement consumer campaigns and programs as planned with high standard of diligence and excellence, to build brand preference among consumers.
Plan and execute CRM campaigns to align with brand calendar.
Be responsible for effectively coordinating internal resources and smoothing communication with Sales/Training/Product/Special Event to ensure great execution and result
Give clear guidance to agencies and lead agencies for efficient execution
Build good relationship with respective key person in key doors, to facilitate the further communication and future campaigns.
Make sure the each campaign deliver the brand essence and message, including every detail such as content, materials, etc.
On-time feedback for each campaign and design clear report format for tracking purpose.
To evaluate the activity result in terms of recruitment, bounce back rate, response rate, ROI, etc.
To issue the CRM reports and analyze the result. Share the insights with managers.
Work with retailers and other brands, build up cross-industry linkage project to recruit more new customers through retailers and other brands’ database.
Making the new door opening plan which includes pre-sale, GWP, event, sampling and advertising. Responsible for the communication with new retailers.
Align and build up promotion plan with sales and retailers. Plan different promotion schemes monthly, in line with sales objective.
Control and confirm all counters’ sales promotion target and frequency with sales team according to sales target and performance.
Deliver regular promotion report and analyze the promotion result by month.
Negotiate with retailer, landlord and agency and choose the suitable outdoor advertisement resources to improve brand awareness, help new product launch and increasing counters’ traffic.
Submit advertising plan to regional and global team according to the marketing calendar and budget.
Key competitor activity monitor and analysis
Submit all payment requests in time. Track the balance of spending and budget monthly.

Fluent English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
