Develop annual online product strategy based on online marketing calendar, to launch new product & build up hero products successfully online, serve to maximize online sales across all ecommerce channels, increase online brand awareness.

A. New Product Launch

  1. New product information sourcing, competitor analysis online, design online new products launch positioning.

  2. On-targeted communication campaign execution for new product & hero product cultivation based on online calendar: kick- off deck preparation, timeline management, communication material development & delivery, creative agency & vendor management, deploy to cross function online, including social & digital marketing, eCRM, operation & paid media.

  3. Document all activations by monitoring result compared with objective & KPI

B. Demand planning

  1. Forecast for new launch & promotion items and sell through, online exclusive products, tracking the status & make adjustment according to business request.

  2. Weekly replenishment order & MOC control.

  3. Ongoing communicate with brand product team, trade marketing team and FIM to have full alignment of the sales plan.

  4. Tracking potential excess and work with Finance to avoid high provision through stock liquidation.

C. Online trade marketing management

  1. Annual & monthly merchandising plan development

  2. Prom item monthly usage plan development & management

D. Online Market Understanding and Data Analysis

  1. Prepare analytical data in terms of category & individual product performance monthly online.

  2. Ongoing analysis of key business metrics including sales performance, eCRM, paid media, social & digital, ePR, to consolidate the full monthly review report .


Minimum 5 years’ experience at product marketing for consumer brand.

  1. Strong background in analytics & logicality.

  2. Excellent communications skills in English and Chinese, written and oral

  3. Experience in luxury and prestige industry related brand a plus

  4. Strong customer focus and knowledge in business.

  5. Excellent interpersonal skills with strong adaptability into a dynamic environment

  6. Bachelor degree above in relevant major
