  1. Hands on the daily operation at the assigned stores & strengthen the rapport with store management to maximize all growth potential/opportunities with new product launches, GWP, PWP, Special Events and CRM activities etc.(40%)

  2. Motivate the counter team with positive attitude & lead the team as the ‘Dictionary of Solution’ – abundant know-how of Brand functional operation & counter operation (30%)

  3. Independently alert with the daily competitions and come out proposal to RSM for any pre-empt action (20%)

  4. Put her/himself account for the performance of the assigned and always watch out the best sales opportunities and advise RSMs (10%)


1.Minimum Education level: college

2.Minimum Years of Experience: 6 years

3.Preferred to have capability of understanding English

4.Experience of the cosmetic industry is required

5.Commanding Windows exercise & extremely hands-on
