Independence of Action and Accountability
Be responsible for GL accounts including fixed assets, payroll accruals and rental accruals; Review P&L and B/S to ensure completeness of financial reporting;
Lead and streamline intercompany billing process, to identify and communicate with intercompany to ensure cross charges to proper cost center;
Work closely with accounting team to ensure the closing deadline can be met and maintain the closing checklist;
Perform Balance Sheet analysis report before monthly submission; Submit monthly BS, PL load file to NY and reconcile to GL balance;
Take charge of corporate guidelines, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and compliance with local regulations.
Direct cash management including cash flow forecast, excess cash management and disbursement policies and procedures. Leadership
Team and people development. Provide on-the-job training and coaching to team members.
1 University degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics, ;
Minimum 8 years working experience in a similar role in MNC, with 2-3 year supervisor experience, prefer 5 years big 4 accounting firm experience and hold CPA or ACCA certificate;
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and integrated accounting software system, preferably SAP;
Good knowledge in US GAAP and PRC GAAP;
Good written and spoken English communication skills;
Good interpersonal skills;
Good team player;
Being able to work independently and under pressure.
