Function Manager, Central Plannng & Reporting

Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting package according to corporate guidelines, ensure the accuracy and integrity of the reported financials.
Prepare monthly and annual statutory accounts and ensure statutory reporting requirements and deadlines are met.
Prepare monthly reconciliation between US GAAP and PRC GAAP.
Prepare monthly internal management reports (e.g. Door P&L; Channel P&L etc.) to meet business requirements.
Review the reporting process and continuously drive for efficiency.
Keep update to date with any new changes in both US and PRC GAAP and interpret the implications to company financials.
Support Financial Controller and Finance Manager in clarifying the correct accounting treatment for any new business models, via proactive communication with Corporate Finance and external auditors.
Cooperate with Tax Planning Manager to ensure accuracy of tax reporting for both statutory and management accounts.
Support Financial Controller and Finance Manager to complete annual Sarbanes-Oxley self-assessment via answering questionnaires, updating narratives to correctly reflect changes in actual practice, policies and procedures.
Provide on-the-job training and coaching to team members.
Provide financial data to Corporate Finance and other related parties upon request.
- Budgeting & Planning
- Cooperate with Business Planning & Analysis team in completing the annual budget as well as monthly estimate, incl. planning/estimate of non operating income/expenses, inter-company charges, provision for EIT etc. and Balanced Sheet items.
- Ad hoc support in cross-functional projects .
Bachelor degree or above with major in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
5 years accounting, financial reporting & budgeting experience in MNC with solid financial reporting and analysis background.
CPA/ACCA certification and Big Four work experience is a plus.
Good command of English in both oral and written.
Team work player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient user of MS Office applications, especially for Excel, with good knowledge of enterprise wide software systems. Experience in using SAP would be a plus.
