Principal Objectives

The role of Senior PR Executive/Supervisor is to plan, create and deliver publicity for brand within brand guideline and that will establish and maintain brand awareness, goodwill and understanding between BOBBI BROWN and its target public. This is commonly achieved by proactive and close liaison with the communication platform especially through online and digital approach, KOLs as well as traditional media.

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Build and maintain effective and excellent relations with top print media and digital media, online key opinion leaders, professional make-up artists from the industry and others related to ensure brand awareness and affinity among all kinds of stakeholders.

  2. Well manage and maximize utilization of PR tools/platforms to provide an authoritative and attractive messages for brand communications, not just traditional tools like PR event, workshop or visit, but new EPR tools like Weibo, Weichat, female vertical and beauty app to make strong WOM in the internet.

  3. Assist PR Manager to initiate creative PR programs, with the external vendor support, based on the PR Calendar and business needs of the brand as well as excellent execution.

  4. Provide monthly press coverages report, with the external vendor support, regularly update on the market information in regard to the perception of the brand’s image and products, competitors’ PR activities and market trends.

  5. Support 2 nd /3 rd tier cities awareness via new door opening, in-store mega event.

  6. Assist PR Manager to handle other day-to-day PR works including media enquiries, media relations management, media database update, press release drafting, coverage tracking etc.


5-7 year prior PR/communication experience for a cosmetic or prestige lifestyle brand, experience in social media, digital PR, cross-over program is much preferable

Required Skill Sets

  1. Excellent understanding of beauty or lifestyle print/digital media, key opinion leaders, professional make-up artists and other internet stakeholders in China

  2. Passionate for cosmetic industry and internet

  3. Excellent verbal and written skills in Chinese and English

  4. Vendor management experience, ability to engage with and extract best work from external agency / vendor

  5. Teamwork capability with people from multiple functions

  6. Work with limited supervision

  7. Proactive, creative, innovative and details-driven
