1) review and analyze sales target and performance

2) Review BA productivity, sales mix and customer structure

3) Identify and action on inventory/push list

4) Review logistic and sales techniques on new product launch and promotions

5) Review ranking, competition and market activities

6) Review roster

 Meet and review with regional trainer and field coach on training and coach focus

 Monitor closely inventory position and work closely with sales administration supervisor to avoid over stock and out-of-stock situation including salable, GWP, tester, sample etc.

 Set up the regional guidance for AC and counter to manage the counter inventory

 Stock accuracy track and randomly check

Relationship management

 Ensure smooth communication between sales department and other department to maximize efficiency in the business

 Review the business with retailers on half year basis

 Keep the proper retailer relationship to increase the mutual understanding and get more support from the external


Relevant Indicators:

 5 years relevant experience in cosmetics industry or FMCG

 Strong analytic and quantitative ability (essential).

 Computer literate: Word, Excel and Presentation (essential).

 Bachelor degree

 Passion, positive, proactive and down to earth
