OBJECTIVES

  • Enhance digital marketing capability of ELCA Korea and help brands fully leverage

the potential of digital channels by strategic campaign planning and execution which will result

in higher consumer engagement and ROI

ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Enhance digital marketing capability of all brands

  • Develop and implement an annual digital training program for all brands according to the

knowledge level and demands of them, also in alignment with Global and Regional training

programs

  • Run regular digital marketing workshops and meetings with help from digital/marketing agency

and external experts

  • Provide brands with timely updates and relevant information regarding digital trend and media

including outstanding campaign examples

2. Track social consumer engagement KPIs and help brands to improve them

  • Track and share social consumer engagement KPIs with all brands and regional counterparts

by using social listening tools

  • Share key findings and recommendations based on tracking results so as to help brands

continuously improve digital/social campaign efficiency

  • Help brands use the social listening tools and provide feedbacks from brands for Regional

counterparts to make the tool more locally relevant and beneficial

3. Lead and manage corporate level media & influencer contract

  • Identify, select and manage digital media and social influencer groups which are strategically relevant for ELC brands

  • Continue to improve efficiency of corporate level contracts by keeping eyes on digital trends including media and influencer changes

4. Help brands run digital campaign of high level of consumer engagement and ROI

  • Help brands design digital/social campaigns with solid strategy based on consumer insights and clear campaign objectives

  • Provide brands with advice and guide in developing and implementing digital/ social campaigns so as to achieve higher level of consumer engagement and ROI

  • Guide how to track effectiveness of each digital/social campaign then how to improve it for the next campaigns

Qualifications

Education

  • University-level education

Experiences

  • At least 8 years of experience in digital marketing

  • Minimum 3-year experience working in FMCG-relevant industry and multinational company

  • Rich experience of digital campaign management covering diverse digital channels

from search and display to social and video

Functional Competencies

  • Strong strategic mindset to assist in new initiatives implementation

  • Good communication skills to well cooperate with diverse stakeholders

  • Strong learning agility

  • Fluent English speaking and writing skills
