Digital Communications Executive

Brand: Tom Ford Beauty



  1. Develop brand strategic communications plan ning.
  • Implement PR programs and liaises with marketing manager in creation and development of PR programs

  • Secure media coverages based on relationship, press mailings, conferences and one-on one presentation.

  • Execution and coordination of regular PR deliveries: product placement, press release, press presentation, Press coverage clipping, monthly report etc.

  • Produce product advertisement throughout on/off line media

  • Seek out and pitch for media’s interest towards brand/ products.

  • Create new and interesting PR opportunities in order to enhance brand image.

  • Responsible for digital & PR budget and reviews on timely basis to determine status.

  • Manage PR market sample orders in timely manner.

  1. Build brand awareness & increase brand visibility thru digital communications
  • Develop monthly digital strategic programs to support sales and traffic and to strengthen the brand image within digital space (including social media platforms)

  • Build strong relationships w/ KOLs including power bloggers and digital V-loggers to enhance brand visibility in digital space.

  • Circulate monthly digital activity report & competitors activities report to relevant team

  1. Close Communicate and co-work with regional and headquarter office
  • Keep NY informed of activities within public relations area and local media by providing clipping reports, Ongoing status reports; maintain up-to-date press lists tailored to brand’s specific requirements.

  • Maintains schedule to ensure press releases/events are initiated and accomplished on time.

  1. Regular Jobs
  • Attendance to monthly PR planning meetings

  • Communication with NY HQ/ Regional team in HK.

  • Regular communications with the related department


Education : BA Degree preferred.

Experiences : Minimum of 3 years’ experience in PR /Communications/Digital
