This position is accountable for ELC business assigned

to Korea Third Party Manufacture (TPM). He/she will lead the Korea TPM planning

team, working with the suppliers, to successfully deliver the New Product

Launch projects and also manage well the continuous products -- purchase the

production materials, produce the finished goods and deploy to the markets to

fulfill the demands. He/she will lead the team to manage well the TPMs, deliver

the goals in terms of business and team development. Also collaborate with

other ELC functional teams to deliver the best-in-class performance and service globally.

  1. He/she is

a leader -- be accountable for ELC Korea TPM business

1) Apply the best practice to manage Korea TPMs, improve

their performance, buildup sufficient capability to ensure ELC orders

continuously delivered on time in full.

2) Motivate the team and lead the team to deliver best-in-class

business goals in terms of customer service level/cost/inventory/agility

3) Benchmarking other TPM planning teams, buildup high efficiency

team with sufficient capacity and capability

with ELC other functional teams (including GBSC, GSR, QA, ME, Packaging

Development, and etc. ), buildup strong work relationship and work together to successfully

deliver all New Product Launch projects and all basic business – buy

2) Lead the team to benchmark business results, work processes, team efficiency and etc. and to do continuous improvements.


  1. Minimum Years of Experience : >5 yrs managerial role in multi-national company and >3 years team management experience

  2. Minimum Education Level : College or above

  3. Required Language Proficiency : English & Korean

  4. Understand Korean Culture, prefer Korean native

  5. Deep knowledge/experience on supply chain planning, especially for material planning, inventory management and deployment planning. Good logistics knowledge on import/export business is preferred

  6. Good knowledge/experience about new product planning/SKU Transfer and retirement planning

  7. "Can do" attitude. Passion to work.

  8. Knowledge/experience on ERP system is preferred.
