  • Understands and is familiar with the total media landscape; integrating latest digital online and offline media platforms to support marketing strategy and evaluate campaigns’ effectiveness.

  • Develop a cohesive strategy and execution plan for supporting agencies in order to create branded communities (leading to social sharing, etc.) and enhance Facebook/twitter/mobile/PR influencers etc programs (leading to insights and earned media)

  • Develops PR and Digital calendar while incorporating relevant NY/Brand programs; plans diverse media strategies and Digital promotional activities.

  • Create, follow up and update regularly Mexico Content Calendar ensuring maximum leverage creating traffic building initiatives in full alignment with the Brand Strategy.

  • Plan and manage PR and digital budget and monthly reconciliation of expenses.

  • Develop and execute public relations strategy, events and conferences for brand across both traditional and digital platforms.

  • Conceptualization and implementation of key opinion leader and influencer strategy for Clinique.

  • Lead relationships with external vendors supporting all Consumer Engagement strategies and programs.

  • Maintain and manage relationships with press, trade, promotional partners, contractors and influencers; to network and collaborate closely with them to maximize press coverage through exciting and innovative public relations.

  • Work closely with Global Communication Teams in translating and curating press materials, PR releases on Brand related products and services and delivery to editors and influencers.

  • Compilation of PR coverage and media value online and offline for Brand.

  • Develop and expand community and/or blogger outreach efforts.
