Elaborate, follow up and control HR budget (payroll and benefits).
Develop, propose and implement policies of fixed remuneration, variable, short and long-term incentives and benefits of the company, aiming to ensure proper positioning before the market.
Positions restructuring analysis, according to the personnel moves, promotions and transfers.
Develop HR metrics for internal controls and publication.
Develop compensation tools for support the discussions with managers.
Map and propose improvements for the internal processes of Human Resources.
Contribute to the fairness and sustainability of the salary structure, monitoring and analyzing consistency and the competitiveness of jobs and wages structure and aligning this with the market trends.
Update and analyses compensation surveys.
Advanced Microsoft Office Skills, especially Excel.
Prior knowledge of HR functions, policies, procedures and processes.
Ability to effectively navigate through complex, matrixed organizations, developing global and regional relationships.
Strong interpersonal and relationship skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong internal networks.
Strong analytical, financial and problem solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
