We are currently looking for a Salon Development Partner to achieve sales objectives and to develop concept salons and lifestyle salons through retail sales growth and business development. (S)he will be responsable for the Netherlands (North and West)

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Set sales targets on an annual basis with the Retail Sales Manager.

  • Review sales and retail targets monthly with each accoun and send feedback to Retail Sales Manager.

  • Track retail sales with Top Ten salon doors.

  • Identify potential concept and lifestyle salons to Business Development Coach based on criteria.

  • Implement strategy for New Business

  • Expand domains in existing business conduct.

  • Hold salon owner meetings, assess needs on a monthly basis and communicate information

  • Work in accordance with the company/AVEDA mission statement - Follow Aveda’s schematic set-up for on shelf and window

merchandising

  • Oversee inventory control with salon

Qualifications

  • 3 years experience in professional hair care industry

  • Strong analytical and computer skills

  • Flexible (willing to work evenings and weekends)

  • Strong communication skills

  • Teamplayer
