An exciting opportunity to join the Head Office Clinique team has been made available with the role of Brand Coordinator. This is a part time role, 26 hours per week.

As the successful applicant your core areas of responsibilities will be to:

  • Prepare sales reports, track sales results and inventory

  • Co-ordinate launch orders and inventory replenishment

  • Assist in organising education programmes

  • Liaison with our instore staff and field team

  • Prepare strategy presentations and coordinate meetings and conferences

  • Provide administration support to the Brand General Manager and Clinique team

With your strong administration background you will have the proven ability to initiate, organise and follow through whilst juggling varying priorities. For success in this role a strong eye for detail together with experience working with and interpreting detailed spreadsheets/number crunching is key.

We are looking for someone who:

  • has exceptional diplomacy, communication and listening skills

  • has strong attention to detail, excellent time management and is process driven

  • is enthusiastic and uses their initiative

  • has proven experience in all facets of administration including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with SAP will be an advantage.
