Estée Lauder Companies is now recruiting for a full time 12-month Maternity Leave contract.

An opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Graphic Artist to join our busy In-House Creative Team providing finished art and print support across various mediums for our leading powerhouse brands such as Estee Lauder, Tom Ford, Clinique, M.A.C, Bobbi Brown, Jo Malone London and La Mer - just to name a few.

It's a fast-paced environment that requires a proactive individual, with a positive can-do attitude and strong work ethic. In this role you will directly liaise with marketing contacts and will be responsible for providing all advertising and production requirements from briefing stage through to final delivery.

Reporting to the Creative Services Manager, the key responsibilities of this role include working independently across multiple brands; creating artwork to global specifications for brochures, magazines, invites, point of sale, promotions, PR & store events, conferences and eDM’s.

The following skills are required to be eligible for this role:

  • Minimum 3-4 years experience in a graphic design role within an agency or studio

  • Tertiary qualification

  • Strong Mac skills with advanced knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)

  • Sound print production and pre-press knowledge

  • Eye for detail and accuracy with previous experience working to brand guidelines

  • Be able to work autonomously and within a team environment

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and self manage deadlines

  • Excellent written and oral communication

  • Ability to work with people at all levels

  • Be skillful in the art of negotiation with external suppliers and internal brand contacts
