We are now seeking a successful, energetic and well organised individual with a passion for sales and flair for coaching to take their career to the next level by joining the Jo Malone London and La Mer Head Office Team as Sales & Education Executive.

The role

As the Sales & Education Executive you will:

  • Plan, direct and control the sales business strategies and activities of both brands to achieve national revenue, sales and profit targets.

  • Plan, execute and manage the special events activity in line with brand objectives of new customer acquisition, retention and brand image.

  • Be responsible for our world class education programmes here in New Zealand, both in a classroom environment and in-store.

  • Develop relationships with retail partners.

  • Have a hands-on approach where you lead by example with the ability to energise and motivate our retail team to ensure continual strengthening of market share.

  • Be open to travel out-of-town when required.

We are seeking a proven sales achiever who:

  • Has a minimum of three years’ retail sales management experience

  • Has a proven people management and leadership experience and has successfully educated and coached others

  • Understands and has a strong passion for the prestige beauty industry

  • Demonstrates pro-active thinking and exhibits qualities of being a strong team player

  • Has a tertiary qualification in business or marketing (preferred)

  • Is results driven and has exceptional attention to detail

  • Has intermediate computer skills: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
