The Estee Lauder Companies Logistics Assistant in Philippines

Monitors and provides updates on all inbound shipments to Philippines to the team.
Assist Sr. Supply Chain Managers in the application of import permits to Bureau of Internal Revenue.
Liaises with Broker- Partner on Customs clearing and delivery to Distributor warehouse including the staffing on the turnover of shipment to Distributor.
Prints all documents related to the shipment e.g. Delivery Note, Routing Order, Packing list and Proforma Invoice.
Monitor, tracks billing documents related to Shipping cost and ensure timely turnover to AP Accountant for settlement.
Prepares and consolidates Monthly Shipping Cost report by Brand and coordinates with Broker Partners in ensuring monthly accruals of shipping cost on a timely manner.
Validates and check Shipment discrepancy reported (SDR) by Distributor at the time of the turnover of shipment.
Prepares turnover documents for all SDR received and passed on to Brand.
Files all related shipping documents.
Monitors, Tracks and updates the team on all shipments until the goods reaches its destination.
Assists the Team in securing quotation from courier agents for all domestic and international outbound shipments and provides reliable estimates.
Manages the turnover of all inbound delivery to ELC Office to respective departments.
Graduate of any 4-year business course
At least 1 year relevant experience
Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Able to communicate and influence people at all levels.
Excellent organizational skills, time management and follow up skills
Can work independently as well as collaborate with a team
Has eye for detail – process, control and accuracy of reports
Has the ability to prioritize and handle several tasks simultaneously
Has Customer Service Orientation
