Ensure Brand Growth
Monitor sales for all counters on a regular basis and work with relevant departments to ensure targets are met.
Report to management on a weekly & monthly basis - quantitative and qualitative results of sales:Daily and Monthly Sales Report per door versus targets with corresponding growth rates. Monitor target achievements, recommend and manage action plans that will address deficits.
Inventory per door of regular saleable, testers, samples.
Monthly ordering of regular saleable and testers. Work with Counter Manager/OIC to prepare a monthly stock replenishment order before ordering cutoff
Category Mix Report
Work with Education Manager to establish, cascade, and manage sales targets on a monthly basis.
Compile all sales statistics for brand as well as competitor data as directed by brand head, based on agreed cutoffs and timelines.
Provide support for special events by recommending the right people, ordering the correct product mix for selling and ensuring the timely transfer of merchandise, testers, and samples.
Work with Operations team and retailer to ensure that stocks are delivered on counter based on planned timeline.
Manages Operational Effectiveness
Responsible for recruitment of BAs and personnel for special events. Coordinate with HR and retailer for necessary documents. Work with Education Manager to ensure personnel meet brand standards.
Work with Education Manager to. Facilitate approval of overtime and under time. Provide HR with bi-monthly attendance reports for payroll processing. Assist in computation and validation of monthly commissions.
Responsible for cascading and requesting for information to and from Counter Managers and BAs. Work with Counter Managers and BAs to ensure all required reports are submitted in a timely manner. Consolidate and summarize counter reports for submission.
Responsible for ensuring all counters have necessary tools for selling including counter tools, hygiene tools, paper bags, and other supplies at all times.
Work with Marketing to monitor proper execution of marketing, promotions and merchandising strategies. Assist in monitoring qualitative and quantitative results for product launches on counter.
Develop good working relationships with retail partners and key stakeholders.
Leads and Develops People
- Work with Education Manager to coach field staff to excel in the role.
Minimum 2 years relevant experience with a general degree
Sales experience. Must be proficient in excel.
