Field Sales Executive (Estee Lauder) - Singapore Affiliate

To achieve monthly and accumulative retail sales in all stores.
Ensure smooth operations and adequate manpower coverage at all counters.
Preparation and execution of promotional events.
Propose monthly retail sales targets for all counters.
Monitor retail sales vs budget. Ensure sell-through targets are met.
Ensure that all counters are sufficiently and well-balanced stocked, to prevent loss of sales.
Ensure that promotional activities are carried out effectively at all counters.
Work closely with Counter Managers to ensure adequate manpower coverage in order to maximize business growth.
Provide feedback on ad-hoc store activities on a regularly basis.
Be informed of individual store sales and customer profile.
Staff Motivation and Supervision
Supervise and motivate Counter Managers & Beauty Advisors to achieve sales objectives set by the brand.
Review performance of Counter Managers with Sales Manager before conducting appraisals.
Review performance of Beauty Advisors with Counter Manager on a yearly basis.
Conduct counseling sessions together with Counter Managers, when necessary.
Partner with Counter Managers to set objectives and identify areas for improvement for all Beauty Advisors.
Recommend suitable Beauty Advisors for upgrading and promotion.
Work closely with Field Training Executive/Training Manager & HR in identifying training programs for Beauty Advisors / Counter Managers.
Involve in the hiring process interviewing of Field Beauty Advisors working with Training Managers and Sales Manager.
Conduct final interview of Beauty Advisors with HR.
Preparation and Execution of Promotion / Event
Brief the team on objectives, sales target, incentives etc.
Participate in promotional set up for all counters.
Work with Counter Managers to propose staff strength and establish a list of Beauty Advisors for all promotional events.
Set daily sales targets and ensure that targets are met.
Ensure that Counter Managers return all testers and collaterals to the warehouse.
Work at the counter with the team on all promotional events.
Track and inform Marketing Department on transfer of GWPs within stores.
Weekly update on sales and promotional activities.
Diploma in Sales/ Marketing/ Business Management or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience managing retail operations and at a supervisory level.
Strong people and operations management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to relate with different stakeholders and enjoys the face-pace retail environment.
Strong skill management & supervision of people and operations
