HR Manager, Operations - Singapore Affiliate

Assist Director of Human Resources to develop and implement policies and programs relating to manpower management, salary & benefits administration, training & development, employee communication and other human resources administration, relating to retail operations.
Ensure optimization of resources in each brand.
Build network with Universities, conduct recruitment talks, job fairs with targeted institutions.
Build and develop direct sourcing strategy and pipeline of POS candidates; including tapping on social media or digital platform for talent attraction.
Ensure recruitment standards of POS employees are consistently met.
Work closely with Brands’ Sales Operations teams on implementation of retention strategies for POS employees.
Establish policies and procedures for re-deployment of POS employees across brands, on recruitment and workforce planning.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Review and implement all compensation & benefits policies relating to field staff to maintain competitiveness in the industry.
Ensure salary equity and competitiveness for all field employees within the company and in the industry.
Lead the planning and execution of Annual Mid-Year and Year-end Performance Review for field employees.
Participate in the calibration process with Line Managers.
LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT
Design & Review POS Orientation Program.
To develop Training curriculum and programs for POS staff.
Plan Annual Training Calendar of programs and Annual Training budget for POS staff.
Lead talent review & succession planning exercise for POS.
EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT & COMMUNICATION
Develop key strategies and or review scope of regular BA counseling (focusing on HR policies & processes and career development).
Work closely with Sales Managers & Field Sales & Education Executives to identify any common HR related issues on POS staff.
Strategize to increase the retention and engagement level of field staff.
Provide consultancy/advisory services on complex employee grievances and disciplinary cases.
HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATION
- Ensure all other Retail HR Operations related administration processes are properly implemented and executed.
LEADS & DEVELOP PEOPLE
- Lead & develop Human Resources Executive/Coordinator to be align and deliver the Affiliate & HR retail operations strategy.
- Works closely with Director of Human Resources on any ad-hoc projects assigned.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
University graduate with Human Resources Management discipline.
Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience, preferably with retail/customer service background, with at least 3 years in a similar capacity.
Team leader with proven track record.
Proficient in most Microsoft applications including Excel and Visio.
Knowledge in HRIS such as Prosoft, Oracle HR and local employment laws.
Good interpersonal & strong communication skills.
- Highly adaptable and able to perform a variety of fast and change assignments quickly on short notice.
