Delivers effective and timely implementation of all ATL and Digital communications.
Present, execute, track and analyze all launch and promotion campaigns to ensure future learning and improvement.
Drives retail-attainment programs for FSS/ DS/ Sephora so as to drive higher traffic to the store and creates conversion opportunities.
Timely and accurate creation of shopping carts for all A&P expenses so it can be accurately reflected in monthly estimates.
Manages Operational Effectiveness
Drives cost efficiency and execution excellence in projects with good planning, implementation, follow through and post evaluation.
Ensures agency partners continuously deliver high quality of work and excel in execution.
Always seek out new market trends and opportunities for new breakthrough ideas and executions so as to win in Digital/Event.
Improves Business Processes
Shares with and cascades launch plans to Internal and Field team to ensure understanding and collaboration.
Prepare and present all post launch or campaign reports and any other requirements as and when required by Marketing Manager.
Assist Senior Marketing Manager in collating data for regional visits, annual store presentation kit, budgeting process and other ad hoc reports required.
Leads and Develops People
Partner Senior Marketing Manager to educate ad agency and suppliers on brand’s DNA and expectations to ensure consistent high quality execution of A&P materials according to brand guidelines.
Partner Senior Marketing Manager to lead and uplift the expertise of agency partners.
Social/ Digital Media
Drive excellence execution in digital communication in accordance to annual brand media plan in terms of budgets and brand KPIs set by marketing manager aligned with global objectives.
Continue exploring new inspirations or initiatives through innovative formats, techniques. (eg: influencers, social media, programmatic buy, content marketing, millennium consumer journey).
- Degree/Diploma holder in Business Administration and/or Marketing.
At least 3 to 4 years of relevant work experience in a fast paced sales and marketing environment.
Experience with marketing data analysis and managing of marketing programs /promotions is preferred.
Working experience in social/digital media or related field would be an advantage.
Required Background Characteristics
