  • Integrate the Supply Chain Function (Demand Planning, Inventory Management, Supply Chain affiliate services, Distribution and Logistics, Value Realization) within the Taiwan Affiliate to significantly drive efficiency and effectiveness and capture value for the business and the Brands.

  • Provide strong leadership to the Supply Chain team to effectively convert Company’s strategies into actions

  • Accountable for the service and optimization of the distribution infrastructure

  • Explore opportunities to further improve productivity gains and generate savings

  • Plan future requirements of DC operations that meet projected business growth across all distribution channels including Omni-channel)

  • Implement global and regional supply chain best practices where applicable

  • Ensure value realization key milestones for supply chain are met to capture more value.

  1. Demand Planning & Inventory Management
  • Ensure the optimal level of inventory, client service and precision in Business Planning

  • Prepare market trends analysis in collaboration with the Brands Managers, the regional Planning and Supply Planning Teams and develop the most accurate forecast plan by Brand

  • Collaborate very closely with the Brands and other stakeholders in the Affiliate, Regional & Global to continuously drive improvements to the key service drivers (Forecast accuracy, Inventory levels, Attainment, Bias,..)

  • Manage and control inventory levels and reduce excess

  • Ensure consistent implementation on delivery against marketing calendars

  • Evaluate, report and manage service level issues up to and including Senior Management

  • Custodian of the Sales and Inventory Operation Process (SIOP) to optimize the Synchronization between the Financial Plan and the Demand Plan

  1. Warehousing and Distribution
  • Provide guidance on warehouse management processes and operating parameters in line with the Regional Order to Cash process guidelines

  • Maximize efficiencies within order processing, picking, packing, and shipping functions

  • Review and optimize order management processes to improve execution of service

  • Assess and develop the strategy to ensure that ongoing capacity and capability of the DC are aligned to the Affiliate and Regional plans for growth.

  • Develop hands-on strategies and tactics as needed to optimize solutions that yield tangible and executable deliverables.

  • Ensure that all Global and locally relevant templates Value Realization processes are properly executed and all gaps addressed with support from local and regional Supply Chain Teams

  • Execute and control regionally aligned KPIs and report on progress

  • Ensure policies on Environment, Health and Safety are implemented across the entire Business

  • Update and communicate changes of policies on Environment, Health and Safety

  • Conduct regular unannounced audits on safety in the Warehouse premises and Office premises to ensure safety compliance and adherence

  1. Organization & People Development
  • Establish a sound organizational structure that supports the Business needs and meets its expectations

  • Provide leadership and direction across all Supply Chain areas, including OTC (Order to Cash), Demand Planning, Inventory Management, DC operations, Materials Management, Logistics and Transportation.

  • Ensure that strengths and skills of personnel are developed; monitor training with further coaching and counseling as needed (skillset assessment, developmental plans, monitoring and tracking of progress via HR KPIs,…)


  1. Education: University or above.

  2. Work Experience

-15 years or more of progressive experience in managing a broad range of supply chain activities in a high pace and high complexity environment.

-Logistics experience with a rapidly growing multinational company, preferably in the Cosmetics industry

-Proven Strategic Sourcing, Materials Management and Demand Planning experience of managing over thousands of SKUs with a rapidly growing FMCG or multinational company

-International expérience in a complex matrix environnement

  1. Professional Skills:

-Excellent knowledge of the SAP environment (systems and processes)

-Good proficiency in Excel / Words / Power Point etc

-Strong Project management experience

-Strong IBP (Integrated Business Planning) experience

  1. Language: Fluent in Mandarin & English
