Talent Acquisition Manager

Partner with the heads of department for the best HR strategies and execution to support their business objectives
Partner with business leaders to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies and plans
Work closely with management team to develop and execute related programs such as campus recruitment, corporate recruitment website, job fair… to build corporate branding as the employer of choice in Taiwan
Monitor whole talent acquisition process for office positions, to drive an efficient, consistent hiring process from start to finish, including driving best practices in hiring process and hiring decisions, interview techniques, best channels, etc.
Establish talent pools, build long term partnership with head hunters and maintain a network with high-potential candidates
In close partnership with corporate communication and other HODs, Lead and execute adapted talent acquisition strategies such as Internship/Management trainee, Campus Recruitment, Job Affair and Internal job posting, at the meantime enhancing corporate branding.
Manage and maintain TA system for all vacancy requisitions and recruitment process update and provide recruitment updates and progress to hiring managers.
Work with regional TA team for TA project and initiatives.
Education: University graduate or above.
Work Experience:10-12 years in HR generalist functions (recruiting/employment, organization development, compensation, training, etc.), including 3-5 years in HR senior level business partner/leadership/management role.
Professional Skills: - Windows (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Solid general knowledge of HR/Personnel practices and principles, and all applicable labor, pay, benefits, ER, health and safety laws and regulations
Able to handle high levels of common sense regarding employee information, unforeseen emergencies
Good planning, time/change management, negotiation, presentation, and organizational savvy skills. Proactive in engaging management in business/HR matters
Analytical with balanced customer focus/people skills
Language: Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English.
Ability to influence key stakeholders within and across the organization by utilizing strong relationship management and negotiation skills
Ability to cultivate relationships at multiple levels and across key stakeholder groups to develop plans and deliver solutions that are best suited to the circumstances
Ability to maintain professional demeanor under pressure, and operate with a keen sense of urgency and commitment to quality
Ability to use business acumen to exercise good judgment and decision-making when managing business decisions, including conflict situations that lack clear solutions
