The Area Coordinator’s main objective is to achieve retail sales targets in retail partner stores, through events and artistry, product education, training Too Faced Beauty Consultants on the Too Faced Cosmetics product line and driving the team to achieve their specific goals.
This is a field-based position and our ideal candidate will reside in the Munich-area to support that region.
THIS IS HOW YOU WORK IT:
Achieve monthly sales goals and KPIs given to you by your Commercial Manager by executing promotional and event calendars at store level.
Discuss sales goal achievement with store managers on a regular basis, empower them to increase their business through at-counter events, outreach programs and scheduled appointments.
Take part in all major event set-up and execution, leading the sales team and selling by example.
Monitor level of cleanliness of counter stock & display units.
Adhere to current merchandising guidelines.
Make sure fixtures & tester units are clean & visually appealing.
Communicate “any “space & location changes immediately to Management.
Monitor tester replenishment.
Communicate with your Commercial Manager at least once weekly with one 30-60 minutes status call and by regular emails to update.
Weekly review of sales with high profile stores. If necessary, coach on additional strategies to achieve sales goals.
Communicate at least once weekly with all stores within territory.
Alert Management of all out of stocks as they occur.
Inform the store team of all seasonal activity well in advance to ensure proper set-up and preparation.
Ensure excellent communication flow with you Team on a weekly basis, sharing key information and goals.
Ensure monthly reporting/action plan to your Commercial Manager for your Area
Communicate with your Team at least once monthly with one 30-60 minutes status call and by regular emails to update.
Weekly review of your Team’s performances face to face and visit of their stores.
Monthly store visits with your Commercial Manager to secure relationships with store Managers and their teams.
Review your Team’s development plan twice a year and help them achieve their targets (quantitative and qualitative).
Participate in the recruitment of additional field team members and insure that they are fully trained.
Set monthly/quarterly goals to your Team, ensuring they have the tools to achieve them.
THIS IS WHAT YOU’RE MADE OF:
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point
You need to be sales/results-driven and be confident with handling figures
English skills, both written and verbal, preferred
Excellent communication skills desired
Passion for the beauty industry is a must
3+ years of Cosmetics and Retail Beauty experience required
Make up artistry background and retail operational experience in the field
Previous experience managing large teams required
Travel required at 80 %
