International Marketing Coordinator

  • Manage International rough comps with Global Marketing and the markets / regions by tracking forecasts, timing, fulfillment and shipping.

  • Manage SAP system and shopping carts to ensure vendors are paid in a timely manner.

  • Provide international finance with quarterly rebills for international rough comps, consumer engagement and gratis programs.

  • Assist International marketing team with daily requests from all the regions / markets and project manage the delivery of various marketing, training & education tools and assets.

  • Assist with International Grid, organizing all pertinent info for local and international teams, including international contacts, vis merch types, assortments, retailer info, doors and business types.

  • Assist and support event planning and set-up, ie preparation of International sales meetings, live streams, retailer visits and international onboarding.

  • Work with International training director to field needed market feedback for local Product Development team.

  • Order and organize product closet for gratis programs and specific International photo shoots.

  • Provide team support shipping materials, travel arrangements, asset management, bi-weekly international newsletter.

  • Provide VP administrative support, including managing calendar, meeting preparation, expenses and travel.

  • Actively provide innovative ideas on ways to improve workflow by recommending new process and procedures and working to execute on said process/procedures.


  • 2 years related work experience, preferably in a beauty brand.

  • Impeccable organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Strong computer skills and mastery of Microsoft Office applications required, especially Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with a high level of detail while meeting deadlines.

  • Maintain flexibility and positive attitude in a fast-paced, changing work environment.

  • Strong interest in International Markets.

  • Understanding of creative production, timelines and file formats a plus.
