Develops overall social/digital paid, owned and earned media strategy in

conjunction with Consumer Marketing and PR. Executes on strategy in social and

digital media at a local market level coordinating between marketing, PR,

E-Commerce, Agencies, content creators and Global Consumer Engagement.


Ability to strategize and execute a comprehensive social, digital and

paid, owned and earned content and platform strategy w/ Global Consumer


  • Leverages new digital and social platforms to optimize all campaigns incollaboration with Agencies, TFI, E-Commerce, Public Relations.

  • level strategy that is in collaboration with Trade Marketer

  • Ability to identify key success metrics covering multiple objectives(e.g., earned media, awareness, and conversion).

  • Execute all Retailer Digital Campaign in partnership with ConsumerEngagement

  • Partner with Consumer Insights & Analytic team and TFI to developinsights and apply to digital campaigns.

  • Develop overall brand influencer strategy and identifies Brandappropriate influencers in collaboration with PR.

  • Develop and maintain the digital and social media activities calendarand communicate updates internally.

  • Develops content calendar, assesses gaps through drawing on socialinsights and listening and directs creative on how to fill needs.

  • Manage, track Digital/Social budget and make recommendations on mix ofspend.


  • Monitor and analyze social media activity to optimize reach and ROI.

  • Lead strategy and implementation of A/B testing by identifying areas ofhighest impact (headlines, calls to action, images, etc.).

  • Explore and analyze user behavior online trends and insights on brandsocial media sites, and share industry/markets best practices.

  • Regular analysis of Social Listening Tools and Google trends.



  • 5 years of Digital marketing and business-related experience withproven success in North America Applied Marketing experience.

  • Strategic thinker that is able to conceptualize a clearly thought outexecution plan to support overall goals.

  • Social / digital media savvy and strong knowledge of platform specificstrategies and success metrics.

  • Cutting edge knowledge of new social media trends, platforms, tools andbest practices and how other companies are using them.

  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with others.

  • Strong organization, project management skills and attention to detail.
