Responsible for the sales management, business strategy, development and implementation of Bobbi Brown Cosmetics in an assigned region. Lead, develop and motivate sales team to deliver fiscal year targets in shipment, sales, returns, expense management and specific pre-determined business goals while enforcing and enhancing the Bobbi Brown brand philosophy.


  • Achievement of regional fiscal budgets, which include retail sales, net shipments, returns, expense management and established development goals.

  • Recruit, select, develop, motivate and coach a highly effective team of Account Executives, and Sales & Education Coordinators.

  • Coach each Account Executive and Sales & Education Coordinator to insure that they are motivated and performing their jobs at an effective and acceptable level.

  • Insure that the Account Executives and Sales & Education Coordiantors have the tools and ability to execute the marketing and sales plan.

  • Secure from Artistry and Education departments the necessary training for counter teams and Account Executives.

  • Insure that all personnel in their territory reflect the Bobbi Brown image.

  • Plan, develop, and negotiate corporate programs with retail partners to implement Bobbi Brown programs and promotions, achieve adequate space and location, ensure proper demonstration, and maintain necessary stock levels.

  • Communicate to the Bobbi Brown field all required information, allocations, projections, and recaps in order to execute the programs and initiatives for corporate accounts.

  • Communicate with the accounts, the Account Executives, Education Executives and direct report both general business information and specific account issues with recommendations and solutions

  • Oversee and evaluate the Account Executives selection and development of counter teams, Business Managers, Counter Managers and Artists.

  • Handle administrative responsibilities accurately and in a timely manner and ensure that their entire team does the same.

  • Work with Bobbi Brown Sales Planning and Operations, Operating Executives and Planners to ensure that information regarding their territory is accurate, reflects the needs of the territory as well as Bobbi Brown Company and that any issues relating to their territory are resolved in a timely and appropriate manner.



  • Degree or equivalent experience with 8 years management experience preferred field sales management or retail management

  • Proven leadership and management capabilities

  • Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills

  • Strong computer skills

  • Team Player
