Roles & Responsibilities
Achieve annual fiscal sales objectives.
Responsible for driving sales through in store support and incremental events.
Consistently meet personal sales productivity objective.
Represent highest caliber of Smashbox Artistry and training technique.
Leverage Smashbox Studio Heritage and DNA to promote products, artistry and selling techniques.
Maintain retailer relationships to amplify brand awareness, recognition and goal achievement.
Consistently partner and communicate with Studio Manager, Account Executive, Regional Training Executive and National Artistry Trainer to develop overall performance.
Set the example in all aspects of business, artistry, sales, image and professional Smashbox standards.
College degree preferred OR 2 yrs related experience
Proven abilities in makeup artistry, and retail sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong organizational and time management skills,
Physically able to lift up to 20lbs.
Ability to work on feet up to 8 hours.
