As Store Manager, you will show your entrepreneurial mind set and your strategic thinking to run the store’s operations and drive sales. As leader of the team, you will work with the Retail Artist Manager to ensure all team members are providing the ultimate Bobbi Brown experience to their customers and are performing to the best of their abilities.

In order to ensure you are running a successful store, you will work in conjunction with the Education, Artistry and Sales teams, as well as working closely with the head office team to ensure you are in line with the brand strategy.


As Store Manager, you will continuously liaise with field and head office teams to ensure your store is aligned to the brand; by managing stock for new releases and trends, forward planning eventing in line with your business strategy.

As part of our talented Store Management team, you will work closely with your Studio Manager to manage the performances within your team of Retail Artists and set targets based on your monthly/quarterly/yearly planning.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for the smooth running of your store such as cash handling, security, auditing, ensuring the store’s aesthetic is reflective of Bobbi Brown, reviewing sales numbers, business reporting.

  • Proven retail management experience preferably within cosmetics

  • The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service

  • Previous business planning experience including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling

  • Previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation

  • Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets

  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events

  • Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment

  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software

  • Proficient in Microsoft office applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview
