POSITION SUMMARY

  1. Strategize, plan and execute on ecommerce and digital marketing strategy for TR AP markets for 18 brands

  2. Lead the Integrated Marketing regional team to drive next level of innovation and efficiency

  3. 360-degree stakeholder management

  4. Play a strong support to the Regional Head, in strategic leadership role of TR AP IM team

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Lead the ecommerce/ digital marketing function for TR AP (30%):
  • Be a strategic partner to the brands in long term planning and ideation of IM roadmap

  • Take overall leadership role in ensuring IM campaign’s executional excellence.

  • Work with brand marketing leads to define campaign success criteria, KPIs, budgets & campaign reporting.

  • Be a leader in demonstrating the use of insights and analytics in driving business success. Work closely with Insights and Analytics team to drive a data-driven culture within Integrated Marketing.

  • Oversee Digital agency relations

  • Guide the team in maintaining a productive stakeholder relationship with the brand at global, regional and local level.

  • Be a close partner to the Comms function to be able to deliver a seamless experience for brands for 360 projects

  1. Process improvement and People management (30%)
  • Focus on innovation and efficiency improvement in day to day working models. This includes adopting new planning and reporting tools, ensuring proper communication channels, optimizing project and media trackers etc.

  • Co-own the digital marketing calendar with the brands

  • Continue to refine briefing process between brand, IM and agency.

  • Streamline executional communication to deliver seamless,360-degree experience between function / brand / region / global

  • Manage a team of 5-6 integrated marketing team members to ensure they feel empowered, motivated to bring in their best performance everyday

  • Manage team’s PDP goal setting and mid/ed-year performance evaluation

  • Manage their workload, bandwidth and task allocation to deliver an optimal service level.

  1. Strategy and Innovation (20%)
  • Identify and adopt latest market trends and technical innovation ideas for test and learn projects for TR AP

  • Plan and execute Brand and team education calendar on the latest and best of all things digital

  • Strategic collaboration with key players – global and regional

  1. General Management (20%)
  • Take lead in preparation for senior management meetings, sales conferences etc

  • Strategic support on global and corporate projects

  • Supporting management of corporate budgets

Qualifications

CORE COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS

  • Minimum 10 - 12 years in digital marketing, e-commerce roles with people management experience

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Proven people management skills

  • Comfortable to manage stakeholder and collaborate with other teams in a matrix environment

  • Confident, Proactive, highly organized and able to manage time effectively, multitasking skill is a plus.

  • In depth knowledge and experience in ecommerce, and digital marketing, experience interpreting brand strategies, building a brand’s integrated marketing presence with an exciting portfolio of past campaigns/creative projects across digital marketing, omnichannel marketing, social media.

  • Familiar with digital landscape in Asia, well versed in the use of social media and mobile marketing as digital strategy

  • Experience in working and managing with digital agencies and production house. Budget managing experience.

  • Good to have experience in luxury brands/beauty industry, either from in-house or from agency side
